HS’55 Donates “Golden Gate”
to the Ateneo de Naga University

Fifty years ago, two hundred and fourteen “boys” marched proudly in the Ateneo four pillars to receive their well-deserved diplomas. Five decades after, short of fifty-five dearly departed classmates, one hundred and fifty-nine “gentlemen” proudly marched back home to their beloved ateneo to celebrate another milestone in their lives: their Golden Jubilee.

Naga-based batchmates as well as those abroad actively participated to make their jubilee truly “golden”. Together, they contributed money, time and effort to make their celebration memorable. It was indeed through their good teamwork that they were able to donate the four hundred and fifty-two thousand (P452, 000) worth “golden gate” to the university last March 19, 2005. This “golden gate” now proudly stands tall and strong, providing security to our dear Ateneo HS students in Pacol.
