Farewell Golden Knight!

DAVID BOTOR REGULLANO, HS 65 passed away On October 7, 2011 due to heart attack.

Dave at 6.3 played center with ADEN Knights, Letran Knights, MICAA & PBA (San Miguel etc.). He was a member of the Philippine Basketball Team who won the last Asian Basketball Confederation (ABC) championship crown in the mid 70s which gave the country the right to compete in the Montreal Olympiad in 1976 representing Asia. He was well remembered in this ABC after effectively guarding the Korean legendary forward Shin-Dong-Pa and Japan`s ace forward Taniguchi thus limiting their scores during the finals.

His body lies in state at Funeraria Paz, Sucat, Paranaque City. Interment will be on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at Manila Memorial Park.

Dave is from Pili, Camarines Sur.
